In a place like Najac is normal to take the easy way and simply cater to tourists... L'air du Temps doesn't do this. The chef changes the menu almost everyday and he prepares the food with care, even child menus! I had dinner in this restaurant for three consecutive nights and could taste many of the chef's best dishes, I dare to state it is the best place to have dinner in Najac.
