2 appetizers (shrimp raviole & escargots) , 3 glasses of wine (not expensive ones), and 2 entrees (lamb & monkfish) came out to $170 with tax & tip, so docking a star for the value-for-money aspect. But everything definitely was delicious, especially the sauces, which are what you'd expect of any good French restaurant. Would have preferred the standard 6 on a plate traditional Escargots Bourgogne but instead theirs was only 2 or 3 wrapped in a potato shell. delicious but wanted something more authentic (without potato shell). ambience was cozy and restaurant was small with tables close to each other, just like in France. but honestly personally would prefer more privacy. glad to have tried out this place, was definitely on my list of French places to try in SF for years.
Magnificent! Greatest French food on this side of the Atlantic, great service and out of this world deserts
Ok scene for french food. Do not leave if it's busy, it is worth it. Really nothing but good experiences here. It has a great feel to it.
