Absolutely never disappointed in this restaurant. The dishes are delicious and always very well balanced. The decoration is chic and discreet. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable in the gion. I would say that at the moment, the weak point for me is food/wine pairings. But it's quickly forgiven when you take the next bite.
