The servers are not professional at all, ignorant and not smiling. They are not welcoming at all and are disrespectful. A waitress gets annoyed when I ask her to cut my pizza, not chalante, she gives me the pizza without a word.All the servers are rude, they don't smile.Then the main waiter or the manager said it was my fault if we had waited 30 minutes for half the dishes because supposedly I would have ordered out of time. Instead of acknowledging their fault they blame the customers.A terrible experience in this restaurant, if the waiters are not happy with their work, they just have to quit.Several customers are full compared to slow service! Total incompetence of staff. No communication between them and above all they never apologize for the wait.I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. definitely don't go there.And I don't expect any response from the manager who will try to justify himself, but you should have started by training your staff to be friendly, welcoming and smiling.

Very good location close to the river. Great looking interior from sitting area to the toilets.Staff very well doing their job, huge pizzas as in every L'Osteria and great taste experience!We've been there on a busy Saturday. Got no promlem with seating even without reservation.Pizzas were very delicious!Don't forget: you can order one pizza from two halfs with different tastes
