I place an order through a home delivery app and it turns out that an hour and a quarter later they call me to tell me that they have run out of delivery people, that my dinner, or that of my children, is not going to arrive. I call the restaurant and the person who claims to be the boss, an arrogant person, tells me that he has no obligation to send it to me, without giving me any other solution. I don't even go looking for it. Terrible treatment, there are people who get into the hospitality industry when they should be learning to manage the problems of their business.
