Great restaurant across the street from Hotel Fernando - my sister was dying to come here but I kept pushing it back for our last day since it was across the street and easily accessible on a day where we needed to be on time! Their interior is really dope too Every time we passed by, the place would always be busy! From open to close, there would always be a minimum of 3-4 tables filled and often times super busy. We went in the early afternoon around 12/1 pm for lunch and the place got packed minutes after. The service was quick and easy, and she spoke English which worked out well for us! We ordered: Octopus - priciest thing we ordered and it was €18, but also the best - it came on top of this orange dip/sauce thing which was amazing Thai red rice with veggies - my mom was vegetarian the day we came here so this was a great option but not our favorite dish Cooked eggplant salad - this we enjoyed, it's vegetarian also! Salmorejo trio - my favorite, a trio of andalusian dips (beet, apple + tomato) so so good I can eat this all the time! Jamon iberico- can't ever go wrong with this Creamed Spinach - veggie option, but not my fav Burger - it was a 'special' and god it was delish!! it came with shaved sweet potato, kind of like fries, but it was so thin and crispy and delish! lamn with couscous - not my favorite, kind of bland

Please please please come visit La Bartola if you're ever in Seville! This tapas bar has been one of the best we have visited on our trip to Spain for sure. The tapas portions are quite generous and very well priced... almost on the cheaper end in fact. We comfortably had six tapas, one main dish, and two sangrias all for 40 euros. The place is a bit small and squished together, but that meant nothing to us considering the great food and service. We also only waited five minutes to be seated when arriving during the heat of dinner hour. Please stop by here if you're looking for a tapas bar with a fun buzz and quality dinner.
Wonderful food.
