The best meal I had in my 16 day trip to Italy with family. The cut of steak was absolute perfection. My wife's gnocchi perfection. My sons spaghetti with meat sauce was killer. The salads fresh and simple, exactly what I was looking for my whole time in Italy. The red wine was smooth going down and elevated my steak all the more. All to say this place is worth getting a reservation at if you're in Florence. Or waiting if you're a walk in. The service was exceptional as well! Shoutout to the team there! Will definitely be back.

The best restaurant in Florence! They were sold out for the weekend I was there. But the receptionist said to call tomorrow to see if someone cancels. I called the next day and sure enough a couple didn't show up for their reservation. So the guy asked if i could be there in 15. I hopped out the door and walked to the restaurant. One there i was greeted with a warm smile and allowed to select a nice table by an open window. They brought out my drink and bread which was delicious. I have a nut allergy, so I couldn't get the beef filet with blue cheese because the mixture included walnuts. So instead I chose a ravioli dish with blue cheese and onions, then a plain filet. The guy made the recommendation that ai get a half order of the ravioli to go with my meat and it was perfect. I ended up slicing my filet into bite sizes scooping the blue cheese from the ravioli and rolling it with the amazing sweet onions. Omg, it was the best meal and so tender and delicious!!
