As a native Pueblan, I was excited to try this restaurant because of all the attention it's been getting over the past couple of years. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and unsatisfactory. The food is very bland and unremarkable. I had the paella valenciana and, in complete honesty, it tasted like boiled rice with shrimp, lacking the deep seafood flavors and socarrat that should be present in any paella. The service staff was very inattentive and unfriendly. For a restaurant of this price range, I was expecting table cloths and cloth napkins, both of which they lacked. Summarizing, I was disappointed with my experience and I am not planing to come back. The only positive aspect was the venue, which is an old Pueblan casona.

Love it. Fine cusine of traditional food. The set up is in a old house. I ordered the chalupas appetizer and the huitlacoche lasagna. Piano live music. Great service.
What a place! Excellent ambience, great service and some of the best tapas I have ever had! Loved the live piano music and the museum upstairs also. The house wine from Navarra is truly amazing, and the selection on the wine menu looks fine. I would recommend this place any day!
