I don't know what i can say that others haven't already. The best meal of my life! Absolutely exquisite. You must go here when in Prague. If you do the wine pairing, don't have any cocktails beforehand because it's a lot of wine!
This restaurant was a true foodie experience.  You just show up, sit back and be served 8 amazing courses (and several surprise additions) on their unique and ever changing menu.  It is the only Bohemian cuisine Michelin starred restaurant in the Czech republic.  The service was sublime making sure you always had a pristine environment for every course with knives, forks and spoons anytime the course changes.  They were there when needed and gone when not.  I thought every course was a unique flavor combination with complicated and intense flavors. This is definitely a special occasion restaurant but would absolutely be on my must visit when going to Prague.
It was lovely. We randomly tried to get a table about 30 mins before opening (and underdressed), and as luck would have it they had an opening. Now, we are huge fans of chef menu locations, but we have only tried them in the US. We eat at tasting menu places often but I would have to say this location was the most streamlined. Very classic, polite, and attentive. The food was fantastic, heavy on the salty savory which is my fave. But, due to the savory, my fave dish was the frozen beer foam with heavy syrupy cider. Honestly food and prep is an art, and I asked to speak to the chef to express my happiness with the food and he was gracious and showed me a bit around the kitchen. I loved that he seemed excited that a patron was interested in his work, because I was blessed with his work in the first place. Fantastic food, formal but somehow relaxed vibe, efficient (almost German) oiled machine! The chef was sweet and amazing, as was the whole staff. Recommend!!!
