I thought I’d treat myself to a nice coffee on my way into work this morning. I arrived at pascucci and ordered my drink. I’m a diabetic so ordered a sugar free vanilla soy latte. I got soy. I got hazelnut syrup. I was in a rush so instead of saying it was wrong I left and decided I wouldn’t come back. Then as I walked along, the bottom of the takeaway cup gave out and the coffee spilt on me and the pavement. Good thing it saved me from a sugar spike, but made me self conscious as I had to travel into London with a huge coffee spill on my coat. Not impressed at all. For just under £5 I got the wrong coffee and another £30 dry cleaning bill on my hands. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10

I’m sorry to write this but my friend and I had an awful customer service experience at Caffe Pascucci this morning. The one remaining croissant on display appeared it had been there for some time.One of the waiters replied rudely and unashamedly to my request to check for a freshly made croissant. His reply was: “why ask rubbish question”. We took our coffee somewhere else.
