Really excellent food and it is so quiet at lunch which is surprising as it is great value at £20 a head for 3 courses. It is way better than caravan around the corner!
So I popped down to Exmouth Market for lunch at work (as I do usually twice a week), and was more than pleasantly surprised to see a new stall - and it was French food no less!

French cuisine is known around the world to be good. What could go wrong?

There was a girl - Eliza stirring two massive pots of food. One pot was vegetarian, the other non veg. The vegetarian option, had potatoes, goats cheese, mushrooms, a creamy sauce and herbs (like coriander) it smelt great! I decided to follow my nose and order one. (At £5 - so competitively priced)

The service by Eliza was great, she took me through how the food was prepared and who the main chef is (I believe named Margaux) at the main restaurant close by.

The food was good as well, but it wasn't great. It wasn't what I had imagined French cuisine to be. So thats the reason I gave this 3 stars, also there was a distinct lack of salt which was unfortunate. Maybe this was a one off and if I go back and the food is amazing - I would be more than happy to update this review.
Nice presentation of food but bland flavours, easygoing service, uninspired interior
