Last May 30 we had a reservation at La Firma and from the moment we entered, they welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home. The friendly and attentive treatment of all the restaurant staff was something that did not go unnoticed by us. The quality of the raw materials and the product they offer in their kitchen is truly exceptional. The freshness and flavor of the ingredients are indisputable, which translates into a unique gastronomic experience. But, without a doubt, what impressed us most was the quality of the rice. The texture and exact cooking point are the result of a skill and technique that only the best chefs possess. Congratulations for that.
