My experience at the Fleur du Sel restaurant unfortunately fell far short of meeting my expectations. Having made the express trip to Cossonay to discover this place, we opted for the menu of the day. To our great surprise, the dish served seemed to be a simple domestic recipe, without any attempt at presentation or decoration that could have enhanced the meal. In addition, the reception really left something to be desired. The chef on duty gave us the impression of looking down on us, simply because we had chosen the menu of the day. His attitude was far from welcoming or friendly, which significantly ruined our experience. Overall, this visit to Fleur du Sel was a real disappointment and I don't plan on returning to this restaurant. Indeed, we are surprised by your return, we have many regular customers who come at midday for our daily menu proposals, we have 3 Chf formulas. 19.- to Chf. 29.- and we stick to these proposals in order to be able to satisfy all requests. As for comments on the service, we have people who really go to great lengths to satisfy all customers without exception, of course to err is human, but my colleagues have never been unpleasant until now, we always have very good feedback on our small service team, we are sorry if you did not have this impression.
