Honestly, it is very average burgers. For this price you would expect to see at least some sauce or something, not a plain piece of bread Medium was done well done, and we left not full unfortunately. Very sad about it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

TL;DR: La Gastronomica = one of the best burger spots in Barcelona. Don’t miss it. I stopped by La Gastronomica in Barcelona and this place absolutely delivers. It’s a small, cozy spot right by the grill, so you can actually watch — and smell — everything being cooked fresh. I had the bacon-and-cheese burger and it was incredible. My colleague went for the chicken burger and loved it just as much. And don’t skip the spicy BBQ sauce it’s actually spicy and seriously good. The value here is almost unbelievable: about 14€ for a big, loaded burger with fries. They could charge more and it would still feel fair. Great beer on tap, warm and personal service, and even though the space is tight, it’s worth the wait. Sitting outside is perfect when the weather’s nice. I’ve added a few photos, including one of the owner — super friendly and clearly proud of what he’s serving. On a personal note: I wish more places were like this — amazing food and genuinely personal service. ABSOLUTELY recommend coming here.
