I'm going to say this..the lunch buffet was good.. Myself and my lunch mate were not treated great i believeits cause we are brown.. we were put at the back of the restaurant in a corner.... and then ignored by the server .. yes we did the buffet but no water refills only took plates from table after stacking several at edge of table AND ON TOP OF THIS WERE WERE CHARGED A 15% GRATUITY!! FOR 2 PEOPLE TO EAT AT THE BUFFET!! OUR SERVER WOULD RATHER SIT AT THE BAR AND CHAT WITH OTHER STAFF THEN ACTUALLY EARN THE 15% TIP SHE GAVE HERSELF!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD GRATUITY ADDED TO A BILL FOR 2 PEOPLE!! AND NOT ONE SIGN SAYING THEY CHARGE A GRATUITY TO ALL CHECKS . .. I WILL NEVER VISIT AMY OF THE 3 RESTAURANTS THEY HAVE IN CHARLESTON. La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant on International Boulevard in North Charleston is a great place to go for Mexican food as everything on the menu is a delicious and it is a laid back and relaxed place to eat and you can enjoy yourself there. I have had a really good experience here every time I have visited here and they have been consistent in their quality over that time in quality of food and service. You know you will be getting a good meal here every time.
