We loved this restaurant. After four weeks of travel in the Netherlands, France, and San Sebastian, Spain, we had dined in several dozen restaurants and La Maschera Lillo Tatini stood out as one of the very best. My wife observed that we had eaten in many small restaurants with a dozen tables or so (without looking at reviews) and generally found excellent food. The menu is very limited to three or four dishes for each course. We had the smoked tuna which was one of the outstanding dishes for the entire trip. We had the "rolled" rabbit and again it was one of the very best dishes we had in a month of travel. We visit Amsterdam every year so look forward to next year!
