We got there by chance, as we were planning to go to a guachinche that was closed, and the truth is that we couldn't be luckier. In everything you can see that they are pieces of professionals. The service is very attentive and the rhythms are perfect, and the cook, who came out to explain the dishes to us and with whom we chatted for a long time, was extremely pleasant. And of course the dishes were up to par, with a roast pork that melted in your mouth, and a price that, although it cannot be described as "cheap", is totally logical and in line with the culinary experience they offer. Very friendly and welcoming staff, particulary the cook who comes to let you know his menu. When we were there it was the only good restaurant open every evening. The food was delicious, especially the suckling pig.The only disadvantage is the very limited vegetarian options. Vegetarian options: 2 soups, a mixed salad, and spaghetti with garlic.
