We ordered a 32cm pizza, unfortunately only received a 28cm one. When asked and asked for a replacement, the only reply was that there was only 32cm with reference to the pizza box, although the pizza was clearly only 28cm, see picture. When the suggestion was made to change this on the map, people continued to argue against it. Unfortunately, customer service is completely lacking. Food: 1 Service: 1

Ordered food to be delivered to Pöcking. Unfortunately, instead of the 32cm pizza that was ordered and paid for, a 28cm pizza was delivered. Unfortunately, when we called and asked, we received no insight, no compensation and no apology. Just justification that the box is 32cm and therefore it fits. Even a photographic evidence that was offered was rejected... Very annoying, we don't order there anymore. In addition, the fish and the starter were too dry and there were very few fried potatoes.
