Today they entered this store, in a hurry, at 2 minutes past noon. I left after half an hour. I ordered two simple identical wraps with cheese and turkey, nothing more. In front of me two girls, behind me two couples. I waited 22 minutes before asking for explanations about my order, given that the two girls and the two couples had already been served and were enjoying their lunch. To the less than empathetic response "eh, they're making them...", I decided to write the my first review of my life. An excuse and some convenient lies would have been enough to justify the time, but the way he responded by not caring about my complaint and making me look like the person who rushes annoyed me. Collected mine I order and realize that the piadinas are all bread, cold, and with two slices of turkey. I attach photos. Very convenient in the center, but I invite you to take two steps further towards any other bar or restaurant. Good work. Inadequate service staff. Generally I have always felt good in this chain, but on this occasion the workers who served me were really poor and unqualified, let me explain better: at the time of ordering, the operator did not know what the limited amount corresponded to edition that they sell... and never mind, it can happen that if something is new you can forget it; but the real problem comes later: given that I was literally the only customer waiting for my order to be served, I had to wait more than 20 minutes while the 2 girls chatted happily among themselves while they "worked" on my order . I'm not saying that there can't be a more relaxed atmosphere if there's little work, but the important thing is that the customer doesn't suffer, at least in my opinion. And above all that things are done well, but unfortunately this is not the case: I had asked for 2 rolls, but I received 2 normal piadina... I point out the error and they put my order together in a questionable way. Finally, one of the rolls should have been whole but it wasn't, I avoided pointing it out because I was too hungry to wait any longer. So, in summary the chain is good, but the staff absolutely needs to be reviewed or at least trained better, much better.
