Simple and unspoilt. An original tapas bar serving a choice of six tapas. There's a possibility that three of the tapas are anchovies.I'm not much of a meat lover but the Spanish sausages were superb. The wine is okay and gets better when left alone for five minutes or longer. Please do not expect sophistication here. Come here for an hour or less if you would like to see how bars operated shortly after the Second World War
Easy, tasty and cheap
Loved it so much we went back three times in our week in Barcelona. Simple menu of 6 tapas done really well and great wine to go with. Until we meet again... we fell in love with Barcelona and bar la Plata. We will definitely be back to both in the future. Until then I will keep practicing drinking from the Perron!
