Very good homemade food. Menu of the day to choose from several dishes for €13. The custard for dessert is exquisite. The attention of the staff is 10. Super recommended.

The majority of bars in Madrid offer you "menu of the day", where you get a lunch confusing of starter, main course, dessert, and a drink for a good price. La Union is one of the places where you can get a "menu" for dinner. There were two prices: 11:50, and 16:50. Of course with the more expensive menu your options increase. We went to La Union for dinner. The place is nothing fancy, but food was pretty decent for the price they charged. The restaurant is located in the center of Chueca surrounded by many night life venues. However, they didn't have Wi-Fi, and no data coverage for my cellphone.
