My feet are swollen and killing me from waiting in line 4 hours! I went in and observed the chaos. First thing I noticed was there were only 3 people assisting customers. Send thing was that the phone kept ringing. They stopped to answer every call. Why would they answer the phone on a day like this? Mis managed and a total nightmare. Why can't you hire 10 temps to hand out the boxes out front for all pre paid orders! For the love of God please!

While this is my absolute favorite place to get raviolis or Italian deli type foods, the holiday season pickups should really be organized. I ordered x2 weeks ago. Today the line for both preorders and non preorders was the same line... and I waited 3 hours for my pickup. Ridiculous. Why can't you take the preorders, charge us in advance, and then have a pickup system in the parking lot or back patio? This waiting for 3 hours is absurd.
