La Guarida has long set the example about fine dining in Havana. I try to eat there on every visit and I have never been disappointed. It’s the kind of restaurant that I not only love to dine at when I’m in Cuba, it’s the kind of restaurant I wish was near my home in America. Enrique truly has made a wonderful place for people to visit. I don’t consider a trip to Cuba complete without dining here.
