Being French, it’s hard to find good eclair in New England. I happened upon this bakery, because I was lost. I went in to ask for directions, and the smells were glorifying. I ended up with an eclair because I miss home. I have to say, this eclair felt like hope! Merci! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had ordered a birthday cake from there to be delivered to my hotel. The cake never came and when I called the store- they were very rude and unprofessional and told me that the driver left it in the hotel somewhere next to pool ( not sure why would he take it to the pool) and so we have done our job. It is my responsibility to find it in the hotel. I was shocked to hear that.. never ever heard such thing before! Then the manager hands the phone to the owner of the store and she was so nasty and made very sarcastic comments— unreal and then hung up on me!! I have never seen such bad service and unprofessional people!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Soooo pleased with our “log” wedding cake and the service we received from Lake George Baking Company! It was ready for pick-up when promised and was absolutely delicious with a delicate, soft yellow cake and luscious custard filling. I would highly recommend them for a specialty cake!
