We …Good evening, dear Nicoletta We would like to thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback We would like to inform you that our products are completely fresh and daily. We have made sure to have cooperation with suppliers who ensure us excellent quality and supply us on a daily basis so that we hardly store anything beyond 2 days. Also, the maintenance goes through HACCP checks very regularly internally as well as on an emergency basis by the local health authorities and we have never had the slightest recommendation (not even a violation). On the contrary, we always receive compliments for keeping the hygiene rules so well. Therefore, the spoiled cheese scenario is at least utopian as far as our own business is concerned. We will of course accept the fact that you may not have liked the taste of this particular cheese as tastes vary. Some of our customers go crazy with some flavors, some find them indifferent, and some don't like them. This is accepted. But really, and with all due respect to you, there is no doubt about the quality! Regarding the issue of the bacon not being removed we apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that the necessary recommendations have been made to both the store manager and the staff involved We will be very happy to see you again with us and for you to realize that this was an unfortunate incident that does not characterize us Thank youMore
