Visited Las Costillas during our yearly trip to la FNSM 2024 in Aguascalientes... I was excited to try their ribs but a bit disappointed in the dryness and lack of meat on the ribs. We chose 4 different sauces on the ribs, and our favorite was the bbq flavor. We ordered chistorra, and that was unbelievable. The mezcal drink was fire. We love the atmosphere and live music. We will definitely go back but will have to try something totally different on the menu. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
