I give it a 3 because I haven't really seen that it was a French place, the only dish that was French as a starter, I paid an extra, plus the strips of steak that I ordered as a main course were hard and difficult to eat. I hadn't been to this legendary restaurant, Délices de France, for years. In the 70s and 80s we used to have dinner on the weekends with friends. On its menu there are still its specialties such as onion soup, quiche lorraine, steak tartare, entrecôte with pepper sauce... What better way to celebrate Valentine's Day and remember those times than by returning to this restaurant. Sublime as then, congratulations for continuing like this.
