Everything went perfect with this hotel. They let me do a (really) early check-in since I arrived around 8 am in Bolzano. The breakfast is amazing so is the pool area and the surroundings inside the hotel area. It’s very well located: close to the Bolzano train/bus station, close to the main square of the city and close to a mall. Service: 5

We really enjoyed our stay at Parkhotel Laurin. It’s a beautifully older style hotel with so much character and charm. The rooms were large and spacious, and the big open windows were beautiful and definitely appreciated, especially as the air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well and appeared to be centrally controlled. The bed and breakfast setup was fantastic with a great selection each morning, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt elegant and relaxing. A lovely stay overall and a great option if you appreciate classic hotels with history and character. Service: 5

This hotel is elegant but not fussy. We felt relaxed and comfortable in this beautiful hotel. Staff were all kind and helpful, and my husband appreciated the use of one the hotel bikes. The breakfast was excellent. We could not have been happier with our one night at the Parkhotel Laurin!! Service: 5
