Always a great experience at Lawry’s. Our server was really stressed at the beginning, but overall was terrific. Food is always great. Restaurant is kind of loud. I’ve been here many times. Finally got the rewards card. The server rung up the card for $25 and then my bill for $315. But unfortunately 243 rewards points were applied. So instead of having $50 credit available I only had $25. The manager James basically looked at me crazy when showed my credit card charge $315. Said sorry that’s not what we show. He was a rude jerk. Never be back. Also last time and this visit was tuff could hardly cut it with the butter knife they give you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was the worst birthday ever. I flew in from Atlanta to Las Vegas to meet family & friends to celebrate my birthday and it was an emotional wreck. It took an hour and 40 minutes to receive our food without being told that a party of 7 would take that long. "Our Reservation was for 8:15 pm, we received our food a little over 10pm". The server never conveyed to us that a large party food takes up 2 hour to prepare, had I known that in advice. I never would have booked a reservation with this restaurant. One of my guest left my birthday celebration early because she was tired and hungry and since we didn't have food served at a reasonable time, she left and went home. After we asked to see the Manager, the Manager appeared at our table to tell us that usually a party of 7 is a 2 hour wait time for the food. He was extremely arrogant, rude and condescending, and told my party to actually deal with it. I was horrified because I couldn't believe we were being treated so badly. This is totally unacceptable. I truly believe since my entire party was all black, he decided to belittle us and treat us like trash. He truly racially profiled us. After his attitude and rude demeanor and non chalant attitude, we ask for the General Manager's information, the Manager never came back to our table. He sent another employee to give us the card of the General Manager, Tanya Phillips. The Manager at this location never apologized for any inconvenience and after I let him know that my food was also unacceptable. He basically said deal with it and left. I have never been so humiliated in my life. This racist individual does not need this position because the people that patronize this establishment is black & brown people. When I return to Atlanta I will alert all Social Media outlets NOT to patronize Lawry's The Prime Rib in Las Vegas due to the hatred they have towards black people. This is just the beginning of my complaint. The General Manager and I will speak because I'm taking this case to News Media because I will NOT be humiliated and disrespected. TO BE CONTINUED....
