Lawson's Bakery is fantastic! I recommend that you come early in the morning when they open so you can get first pick to their popular items. I came around 11 AM on a Saturday and there weren't that many pastries / sweets available. I ended up getting the sugar cookie and I liked it! It was the right amount of sweetness, moist enough (not dry), situated in the middle between too soft and too hard, and the sprinkles added a nice, small crunch factor. If there is any con, the sugar cookie is a little pricey -- around $3-$4 for a single cookie. Customer service was great. The cashier greeted me and was welcoming. The store is overall clean.
