What a wonderful hotel! We stayed here for a long weekend in February 2026, and it’s rare to encounter staff who are this genuinely friendly and welcoming. There is an extensive breakfast buffet, and in the afternoon you can enjoy a lovely high tea. The rooms are impeccably cleaned, and everyone here is cheerful, kind, and helpful. We will definitely be coming back! Service: 5

We stayed at Hotel Suisse in Champéry for a 2‑day company team event with a group of 8 people, and it was truly an exceptional experience. This is a long standing family run hotel well preserved maintaining all the charm of a traditional, beautifully maintained Swiss wooden chalet, full of history and warmth. Hence being a small hotel, the level of service was absolutely spectacular. Every time we needed something, the staff were right there attentive, proactive, and always ready with helpful alternatives or suggestions. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and cared for at every moment. The combination of historical charm, personal attention, and excellent service makes Hotel Suisse a place I would recommend 100% whether for a team event, a weekend in the mountains, or a peaceful getaway. This is a very cozy hotel, where you will get a real experience of the local architecture. The views from the down lobbies are stunning. Breakfast has everything. Tea time is warming your heart. The stuff is super. I had a lovely time. Looking forward to return. Service: 5
