I hallucinated! I show up on a Thursday 21.11 in the afternoon around 2:30 p.m., so not many people, I sit on the "terrace" in the aisle in front of a couple with children that the waitress had just served. The waitress doesn't even look at us, goes back inside. After 5 minutes no one arrives, and the person accompanying me asks me to get in because it's cold in the aisle, we get up, and at the entrance I see a "waiter" leaning on a kind of desk, completely asleep with eyes open daydreaming, without looking at us with his head resting on his hand without a word. We come in and choose our table ourselves, and there comes a waitress like a tornado who, without saying hello, places napkins and cutlery on our table and says to us: "you have to check with my colleague at the entrance" so the sleeper ", let him give you a card and seat you, ladies and gentlemen". Given the way people are welcomed, we are distributed to the neighbor's who makes pancakes and good coffee and where the welcome is worthy of the name... so the paradise of the beautiful thorn fruit, Never Again!

Loyal for years to all the Paradis du Fruit in the Paris region, I have always had very positive experiences... until this first visit to the Paradis du Fruit Belle Épine. It’s 8 p.m., the restaurant is almost empty, with barely a few tables occupied. When we arrived, there was no one at reception. So we went in and settled in ourselves. And there, an employee arrives and, in an absolutely unwelcoming tone, says to us: “Normally, you have to wait in front, you shouldn't come in like that, but now it's okay, you're seated, it's nevermind. » Seriously, in what parallel dimension do we welcome customers like this? This completely annoyed me. I still calmly replied that no one was at the entrance, so how could we have guessed? She replied: “You had to read, it’s written. » Frankly, after that, I no longer wanted to stay, if not for my wife. A quick reminder: at Paradis du Fruit, we are customers, not in a factory canteen from the last century. A little kindness in welcoming is not complicated and it costs nothing. Fortunately, this kind of experience is totally different at your other establishments. A loyal customer of Paradis du Fruit locations across the Paris region for years, I’ve always had very positive experiences until this first visit to Paradis du Fruit Belle Épine. It was 8 PM, the restaurant was almost empty with just a few occupied tables. When we arrived, there was no one at the entrance to greet us. So, we walked in and sat down on our own. Then, an employee approached us and, in a tone that was anything but welcoming, said: “Normally, you have to wait outside; you can’t just walk in like that, but since you’re already seated, it’s fine.” Honestly, in what universe is that how you greet customers? I was furious but kept my composure, explaining that no one was at the entrance—how were we supposed to know? She replied, “You should’ve read, it’s written.” At that point, I had no desire to stay, if not for my wife. Just a gentle reminder: at Paradis du Fruit, we are customers, not workers in a factory canteen from the 1890s. A bit of kindness and grace when welcoming people goes a long way and costs nothing. Fortunately, this experience doesn’t reflect what I’ve encountered at your other locations. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: €10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

0 star service and atmosphere A review to simply express my dissatisfaction with the poor service at Le Paradis du Fruit. As soon as we arrive, I politely ask if we can sit down because there were plenty of places available. The only lady I asked told me in a very dry and angry tone that I had to wait at reception for someone to come and authorize me to sit down (she was the only person at the service) as much to say that she didn't have time for me. By such a reaction I quickly left my friend and myself very disappointed knowing the quality of the channel. Congratulations to your waitress who made you lose two customers or who knows even more given her kindness. For more precision, it was on Sunday October 1 at 5:00 p.m. that this happened, hoping that the manager would take this comment into account and give him a warning.
