Amazing food, very informative staff. Apparently i have to write 100 characters but i think that summed it up. The asparagus course I had was one of the best offerings I have personally consumed and in England I see it alot. While there where other high notes such as the asian influenced pork belly with udon noodles and leeks, the showstopper was the dessert.
Great central Location between city center and Mucem. Beautiful view on the harbor and cathedral, good noise isolation, good AC, great bedding quality, all necessary comfort: drinks, coffee, snacks, .... The cuisine of the restaurant is a MUST if interested a culinary experience of quality: mix of sophisticated flavors.
Superb dinner! I will remember this dinner for a long time. I had a three course dinner. (42 Euros).  I started with very finely sliced baby peas with eggplant "soup" poured on top and a very french mustard sorbet. Amazing.  My main was a white fish served with three types of carrots. Dessert was too complicated to explain but spectacular. These were brilliantly conceived dishes by the young rising star chef. The most senior male waiter was also amazing and loved explaining everything about every dish. A guest at the wonderful hotel received a 10% discount to the restaurant. A couple of weeks before this trip I dinned at Atlanta's very best restaurant and it is not in the same universe as Le Relais 50.
