The staff are friendly, the coffee is good and the decor is excellent but the service on a Sunday was painfully slow. I watched the barista for a few minutes and it was clear he wasn't trained in the proper use of an espresso machine. I've seen baristas pour 3 coffees at a time through a two group machine whereas this guy was struggling to produce one at a time. To make matters worse they're not interested in any constructive comments and just get defensive. There is a bakery further away from where we stayed that we went to daily for 2 weeks. They got not only our coffee orders but also breakfast every morning.

Hi Steve, I see you edited your review. Originally you had an issue with the wait time however now I see your issue lies with our barista? Sunday's are our busiest days. I can assure you the Barista, who is the owner, was doing fine. He is very well trained. He is actually the one who services our coffee machine, he knows all the ins & outs. This isn't a constructive comment and quite frankly I think your being rather rude. We time our coffees with our kitchen orders to ensure they go out at similar times. To you it may not look like many orders but behind the scenes its a different story. I'm glad you found another place in our beautiful town to enjoy. Have a great day.
