After getting off the highway due to heavy traffic, we stopped by chance at this restaurant indicated on the Apple map away from the crowd. This restaurant is very quiet with a beautiful shaded terrace. The cuisine is refined, and the service is excellent. A very nice surprise on the holiday route, far from all these tourist restaurants. How can I put it... this is the first time my husband and I have been disappointed and angry to this extent. What a disappointment to go from Moulin à l'Huile, on Vaison la Romaine, to Le Temps de vivre... The only thing gastronomic is the place, which is sublime! The coldness of the staff leaves something to be desired. You take a smoked pouilly, we make you taste it, and we put it on the table, so we have to help ourselves. We also left a bottle of Cabote Garance red, because it was undrinkable. They put the dishes down for you and leave. The name of the dishes and their capacities are not announced. The plates, as well as what they contain, arrive hot. This is disconcerting for gourmet cuisine. The dishes are certainly sought after, because they are not common, but nothing good comes out of them. My Pleasure Menu was sour from start to finish, my palate and throat were on fire, as if I had been drinking acid throughout the meal. The Passion Menu taken by my husband was bland and tasteless... No tasting pleasure! The chef who comes out of his kitchen to greet people, finally after two tables, he stops and chats all the way. We, and the other 10 tables, left without being greeted. I don't understand the positive opinions, but we must have too fine a palate!!! I hope you go your way, gourmet restaurants, there are others in the region.
