Let's admit that we missed out on a new "charming" clientele like you, visibly charming also in all the other restaurants and others according to your various friendly remarks... Take responsibility for your comments at the moment and share them to the management if all this is true! We are open to all criticism, perfect services do not exist but "lamentable", "negligent", learning the trade are too strong words not to be more explicit! I don't know what your job is, but the one practiced here is well done, not always perfect that's for sure, but don't criticize without giving explanations and especially do it in the moment!
