Called today, August 4th, 2017 at around 6:30 pm to place an order for takeout. I've never ordered takeout from here so I was surprised to get one of those automated messages before the line starts ringing, saying "This call may be monitored for quality assurance" type things. Nothing about this being Lebro's restaurant that I was calling but whatever. A guy answers the phone and simply says, "Can you please hold?" Again, nothing about this being Lebro's restaurant but I wait. Finally, a woman answers the phone and says, "What can I get you?" I responded, "Hi. This is Lebro's, yes?", so I can get some clarification that I'm actually calling the restaurant I want to patronize. Her condescending response was something to the effect of "Uh yeah? What did you want?" I simply respond back, "Oh I was just making sure this was Lebro's because whoever first answered the phone didn't say so." Her even more condescending response, "Well it wasn't me who answered the phone, so...". And that is where I hung up and will never pick the phone up to call back again, nor will I set foot in there again. I don't care how good the food is. My boyfriend and my professions are very Customer Service based and if either of us answered a phone or condescended to our guests the way this lady did, we would be out of a job. I now understand the automated message...hope whoever monitors them takes a listen from tonight.
