Not the typical authentic flavorful Chinese restaurant I'm use to in the states but granted, their clientele are for the French and not this asian who loves FLAVOR. The 2 stars are for the two items we tried and not service. Service was fine and subpar. -4 varieties of pan fried dumplings: veggie, fish, chicken, & pork. The fish was very fishy. The pork and the chicken tasted the same - bland. The vegetable one was surprisingly the most flavorful. No dipping sauce was offered or available but I did ask for hot chili oil. I believe they used szechuan peppers & red chili to make their oil. -thick noodles in meat sauce: the meat sauce was dark brown and came separately from the noodles. We dumped the entire small bowl of sauce into the noodle bowl but the flavor was super bland and had a funny herbally taste to it.

Amazing food, we ate a wide variety of dishes recommended by Cheng, in general the food quality was really good. The price quality is also amazing. Would recommend without a doubt.

This guy’s food is so tasteful and has so much flavor! I loved it !! 12 hours later I could still feel pleasant flavors in my mouth
