Great night ! We chose the 6-course discovery menu around Kobe beef, the dishes were all succulent (special mention for the caviar/Kobe tartare which was incredible) the combination of dishes was perfect, the meat literally melted in your mouth! On the other hand, I didn't like the dessert part (black lemon parfait), it's a shame there wasn't another choice to make it flawless. Apart from that everything was very good, impeccable service too, we will come back for sure! We discovered the restaurant Les Tantes Jeanne as a family. We had a delightful evening, as the whole experience was perfect. The service was particularly careful; the sommelier recommended an excellent blanc de blanc champagne to us. All the guests enjoyed their dish. Each element was worked on; the mash was smoked. The vande was very tender. We had an engagement after the meal, and the server took care to pace the arrival of the appetizers and dishes so that we could be on time. I recommend this establishment, and will return.
