Sushi Leuven has been my go to sushi restaurant for years. The sushi is not only affordable, but also always wonderfully fresh and clearly made with love. It is very cozy, you don't have to wait long and the owner is very friendly! A nice gesture is the mini spring roll on the house and the delicious prawn crackers (which with a bit of luck are even warm!)
