When it rains the roof is leaking from multiple places close to open food, great hall is constantly filed with smoke, everything tastes the same. The ceiling is falling to pieces... It's time to close. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We are sorry for your bad experience, we are trying what we can to prevent the damage. We are renting this place, and this places owner doesn’t do anything to fix the roof.

Pensioners association "VENTSPILS LIEDAGS" celebrated its 25th anniversary on August 20, 2022. Ventspils at Jaunrades House. We ordered the table setting for the "Liedags" canteen. We bought all the products and drinks ourselves. Table setting wishes were coordinated with the manager of the canteen. Arriving at the place of celebration, we were met with an unpleasant surprise - both in terms of quality and quantity. Only about 50% of the food we delivered was on the set tables. Where the other products were interesting... We did not see any of the canteen staff during the event, not to mention the service - there was none. Our members felt uncomfortable in front of SAEIMAS deputies and Ventspils council employees because of the laid tables and the low-quality snacks prepared. Even the cooled coffee was not enough for everyone. The payment for the service was impressive. Very unfair and unethical attitude on the part of the head of the canteen. I wonder why the reviews about the operation of the "Liedags" restaurant were removed from the "VENTAS BALSS" readers' forum? How interested? Service: Delivery
