What can I say about this place that hasn't already been said or known to be true. Little bad wolf has the best Mac and cheese I've ever had in my life. I don't know what they do but it's liquid crack in those noodles and I just can't get enough of it. The burgers there are also top five in Chicago. Definitely try the bao buns and the tacos as well as they have tons of flavor and they never disappoint. One of my favorite appetizers is the elotes which is absolutely amazing. I love this place I just wish it was closer to me and they took reservations but I'll keep coming back as long as they got the liquid cheddar crack. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrific food from everything my wife and I tried. We had the mussels, Waldorf salad and the wolf burger. Mussels were fantastic and rich with umami and fat. Letting the bread slice soak up the decadent sauce only further elevated the flavors. The portion size of the salad was incredibly surprising and generous for the price. The burger... Undoubtedly delicious, creamy egg/yolk, gooey cheese, beef, salt, and fat. I didn't want to put it down as I was afraid that it would fall apart as soon as it left my hands. The fries almost appeared to be like a background character/extra. A person your buddy brings over but just stands in the corner away from any one. After devouring the burger and chewing it in my esophagus did I get to the fries. They didn't wow, but it is hard to follow that previous act. I almost wish something special could be done to the fries to further bring out the typical dynamic duo that is burgers and fries. My wife and I split the burger and the salad and they seemed to pair better versus the fries. The burger photo haunted me. I've had it in my phone for days and every time I see it. I can hear the calling. The craving. The void. Initially I wasn't incredibly flabbergasted at the burger but the fact that a mere image can cause this mild distress is a sign that the wolf might be something more in a different sense. You enjoy it at the moment and it lingers into your psyche. Into the folds of your brain. It'll plant a seed of insanity and hunger. It'll make you hungry like a wolf.
