One of the best cocktail spots in Florence, with excellent service from a classy barman. Ahead of their time, having a high end cocktail bar disguised as a historical fish restaurant, brings a whole new approach to the service industry. Lobs Fish Restaurant is absolutely wonderful. The fish was very fresh and truly delicious. The waiters were very friendly and took great care in serving us. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
