I dine here most evenings. It can get very busy. You can also queue for over 30 minutes, for a carvery! There is not always someone to serve. However the meat is perfectly cooked, as are the vegetables. Prices are increased, at weekends for the same meal! So I'd suggest, go elsewhere on Saturday and Sunday! Green king are greedy. If you are there at closing you'll see the foods you just paid money for, dumped in a massive bin! Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hi, Thank you for the review. The wait is long ger on Sunday and we do try to manage the waiting times but at our busiest there can be queue but we do monitor it and it is only normally 10-15 mins maximum. The food that is left goes to compost as once it's been cooked we have to dispose of it. Thank you for the review.

Carvery was ok for the money, no the meat slices were very thin. The coffee and cake were a real bonus, carrot cake delicious. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Midweek Lunch Carvery

We felt welcomed as we walked through the door, promptly seated and greeted by the staff, not sure I could have felt more welcome if they had rolled out a red carpet. The lady severing the food genuinely asked how my day was going, and listened to us. We genuinely had a really good experience and look forward to our next visit, and yes as you would expect the food was divine, creamy mash, crispy roaster and thick gravy. Well done to all thoes involved, you have something special you should be proud. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
