Los Altos Mexican Restaurant in Istanbul is a hidden gem with an amazing view and great cocktails. The atmosphere is chill and the staff are friendly and attentive. The margaritas are unique and delicious, especially the chilli mango margarita. The food is creative and flavorful, though it may not be 100% authentic Mexican. The portions are small but the quality is high, and the tortillas are made fresh. Be sure to make a reservation if you want a table with a view, and take a picture of your order to avoid being overcharged. All in all, Los Altos is a great place to enjoy Mexican-inspired food with a beautiful view.

The atmosphere at this place is undeniably good, and the view is truly spectacular. However, I couldn't shake off the feeling of disappointment with the portion sizes. Paying USD $10 for two tiny tacos felt a bit outrageous, especially considering I left the place still feeling hungry after indulging in two very small appetizers, a mojito, two tacos, and churros. While the ambiance and scenery are definite highlights, the portions left much to be desired. It's no wonder why the place was empty both times I went. Just make sure you eat before eating here, what an irony. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve been around most of Istanbul and feel confident saying that this place is top 5 for lunch time views/food. The food is good, not amazing but I wasn’t expecting spectacular Mexican food in Turkey, so it was good enough. But the views, service and drinks are great!!! Highly recommend. It is not fully reflected in the photo, but the view of the place I have visited many times surprises me every time, it is truly magnificent! You can choose it for its view and cute environment. The food is good, although not spectacular. Only the prices are a bit high -for its class. Still, it is a place that can be put on the list for the view and environment. The place opens at 15:00, you can also choose to have a light meal and a drink in the afternoon to enjoy the view.
