A few weeks ago there were four of us at the beginning of the evening buffet. The food wasn't fresh, probably warmed up from the morning, some of the grilled vegetables were brown, totally unappetizing. And if that wasn't all, I had a rubber band in my food! The service was so unfriendly and unprofessional, we ordered (only) one drink each for our entire stay there and the staff didn't like that at all, just like the fact that my friend paid with a card because it was best for her only for certain reasons Reason you would rather have paid in cash. The waitress snatched the card out of my friend's hand without a word, used the EC machine and threw it back on the table! We didn't pay a glance or a word, and after paying we simply turned around and walked away!! We were simply speechless!! We felt like we were treated like dirt!! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!
