The best Chinese Restaurant - hallmarks are great food, meticulously and freshly prepared; an immaculately clean environment and entire operation is overseen by working management. I speak as an over forty year customer who has followed Lucky from Kenmount Road, to Water Street and now his daughter, Sue, to its present location. If you want a ten out of ten this is where you will find it.
