Come here and eat nicely cooked fried catfish, hamburgers and fried green tomatoes. Try good coconut pie, coconut cream pie and chocolate pie that are served at this restaurant. According to the visitors' opinions, waiters serve delicious wine, beer or margaritas. Great coffee, ice tea or lemonade are among the tastiest drinks to order.
Live music is played by musicians in the evening. The professional staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Cool service is something clients agree upon here. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are average. The beautiful decor and cozy atmosphere let guests feel relaxed here. Lucy's on the Square is ranked 4.5 within the Google grading system.

Down home comfort food restaurant. Staff is very friendly. Plenty of options to pick from the menu. Portions are very hearty. A staple on the Celina Square.

Came here on a Sunday and it was very busy so we had to wait about 15min. No biggie though! I would rate the bathrooms an 7/10. They were clean, dimly lit (which I appreciate in a bathroom) and 2 stalls in the ladies bathroom. 2 stalls was enough for the size of the restaurant. TP and soap were stocked up. They even had a little funny sign about not flushing feminine products. I bet you could use the restroom if you weren't a paying customer because they wouldn't really know. Especially when people stand outside waiting to be seated. Chicken fried chicken with chorizo gravy was excellent! The chicken was freshly battered in house and still hot when it came to the table. The Mac n cheese and homestyle potatoes were not tasty so skip those. But the rolls were soft and delightful. My friend got the BLT and she always orders that so I know that is good here.

We enjoyed everything about Lucy's on the Square in Celina. Cute restaurant in an old building serving tasty food. The husband is picky about fried chicken and declared the chicken strips some of the best ever. The house made potato chips arrived hot and crispy. It's hard to get excited about a chicken salad sandwich but I had no complaints. One of the special sides on Saturday was Elote. I loved it! Lucy's scored high points for the iced tea about which I'm very judgmental. The small banana cream pie was not our favorite because of the graham cracker type crust but kudos on the size. Excellent service from Aiyana. We will return to try other offerings!
