Many people visit this restaurant to taste perfectly cooked chicken wraps, burgers and sweet fries. Lumberjacks with takeout dishes is good for those visitors who like to have a snack on the go. Received completely inedible food and no sauce!
Phone is just engaged, I've tried almost 70 times to get through.
I want a refund, I now have no dinner.
You guys used to be amazing, but this is appalling.

Ordered two hours ago exactly, still no food, no one answering the phone also. I was told it would be here 35 minutes ago. I get that everyone is busy as it's lockdown but just be honest about how long my food is going to take and at least give me the option to refund me. Instead, I've just been ghosted by the restaurant. Used to order from Lumberjacks every month but this will most likely be my last time.
