Michelin selection.
Simple standard.

If you crave authentic Southern Thai food, you’ll love this homey restaurant, which draws crowds to an otherwise unremarkable setting on Sunset. Chefs Noree Pla and Fern Kaewtathip spare no detail in rendering the cuisine of their native Phuket, concocting dishes rarely seen on American menus, including tai pla (a fish organ curry) or jungle curry with chicken feet... Authentic spot for Thai food with bold flavors. The number one thing to try here is the Phuket Style Crab Curry Kanomjean which comes with a plate of toppings like: rice noodles, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, and a boiled egg. The menu seems to say that it's blue crab but it's not, it seems like flower crab which has a thinner brittle shell and softer meat. If you've had Northern style Thai khao soi it's pretty similar. We also got the Pad Kapi with crispy pork and stink beans. The crispy pork was especially crispy and the stink beans were really unique. Service is a bit slow here but everything seems to be made to order. The atmosphere seems lively.

Love getting food here every few months . Mostly do takeaway as the space is small And gets crowded easily. Also finding parking in the strip mall can be a challenge. But had food from here multiple times and always the best quality!

We visited Luv2Eat Thai Bistro while in LA. The place was definitely packed when we got there. There was limited seating so I would not recommend large parties over 6-8 people. The table was small for two people so keep that in mind if you're ordered a lot of dishes as the plates are not small. The menu was quite extensive but we appreciated the waitress's recommendations. We got the following (all medium spice level): - Phuket Style Crab Curry Kanomjean / 8 out of 10: This dish came with herbs, vegetables, and rice noodles to add to the curry. We got the curry with the crab meat taken out of the shell. The dish was overall on the sweeter side. It had a nice kick to it with the spice. It was creamy from the coconut and had enough crab. - Spicy Shrimp Paste Fried Rice with Mackerel / 8 out of 10: The fried rice was well seasoned with the shrimp paste. It also had a lot of sides that came with the fried rice and mackerel. I think the fish wasn't anything special in terms of seasoning. The sauce that it came with helped balance out the mackerel. - Moo-Ping / 10 out 10: The moo-ping was the star of the show. The portion was large, especially for two people. The sauce and lettuce that it came with was a great addition to eat with the pork skewers. It had a nice char to it as well from the grill.
